You love responsibility! As a location manager, you are part of a team that shares responsibility for several assigned housing locations for expats. You’ll actually live and work on-site! How cool is that!
You will mainly be responsible for the social and technical management of the location where you live and work. You ensure safety and cleanliness on-site with the goal of creating a safe and peaceful living environment for the residents. In essence, you keep an eye on things and monitor the quality of the location. You do this by performing inspections and solving small issues, such as replacing a light bulb.
In your role, you’ll also maintain close contact with colleagues working at our offices in Vlijmen or Nijkerk. You are the first point of contact for local emergency services and neighbors. The residents must follow the house rules, and you are confident enough to intervene when these rules are violated. All your activities are recorded in the FMIS system so that every colleague has access to the information.
To make the job even more varied, you’ll also clean common areas such as kitchens and sanitary facilities or outsource this task. You’re responsible for everything that happens on-site, so when a new resident arrives, you explain the house rules and go over the evacuation plan with them.
