As an operator and/or experienced production worker, you can further develop yourself in this role! You will work at an industrial bakery in Roosendaal. Operating machinery, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues - you'll do it all! If you don't have experience as an operator but still want to learn the trade, we encourage you to keep reading and apply! We're happy to provide training.

Wat ga je doen?

As an operator, you are at the helm of the entire production process. From kneading the dough to baking perfect loaves, you do it all! You operate the machinery and ensure that minor malfunctions are quickly resolved, with colleagues from the technical department available for assistance with major issues. Additionally, you conduct quality checks to ensure that only the most delicious loaves pass inspection. This is a full-time position in a 3-shift system.

Wat vragen we van je?

As an operator, you have:

Vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking;
Available for 3-shift work;
Technical insight;
Rotating availability on Saturdays.

Wat bieden wij?

As an operator, we offer you:

A gross monthly salary between €3,215 and €3,694, depending on age and experience;
A full-time job;
Prospects for a permanent position;
Opportunities for career advancement;
Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer up to a maximum reimbursement of €5.70 per day.
